Meditation to strengthen immunity

* I get a lot of questions about meditations?Today I will share very easy and effective equipment.  Give yourself a month and follow the changes that will come as a result of daily conscientious practice.

 Meditations have a positive effect not only on the mind but also on the body.  The most important thing during meditation is to focus on "here  now".  And what are the problems and worries outside of that moment, leave out of your practice.  You will still have time to return unanswered emails, missed calls and unwashed laundry.

 *Use this simple meditation, give free rein to your inner potential to heal yourself.  You can meditate before going to bed in the evening and immediately after waking up in the morning.  You can do it during the day if you have pain or anxiety.  As a result, you will overcome stress, improve sleep, improve the cardiovascular system.
 will strengthen the immunity.

  *Lie on your back Gently close your eyes.  Slide the focus on different parts of the body.  Start with your feet, work your way up - legs, abdomen, chest, arms, face - finally head.  Try to merge with the vital energy that passes through every cell of your body, feel it.

 * Imagine how vital energy passes through your body twice as a wave, now from head to toe.

  Try to keep the feeling of being complete in your body.  Feel how it radiates vital energy.  Become a self-healing consciousness.
 Do not forget to breathe calmly, slowly and deeply throughout.
