What is Dragonfly Posture?
Dragonfly present, or parsva bhuja dandasana in Sanskrit, is a lovely arm balance that requires concentration and center strength. With the weight upheld on the arms, one stools on the rear of the arm while the other leg stretches out to a similar side.

Directions
