INGREDIENTS OF RICE AND VEGETABLE SOUP
eight Servings
1 cup rice
water as required
four tablespoon subtle oil
1/2 teaspoon freshly floor black pepper
1 1/four cup cauliflower
half of cup tomato
8 cup vegetable broth
half cup carrot
half of teaspoon salt
2 tablespoon celery
HOW TO MAKE RICE AND VEGETABLE SOUP
Step 1 / 4
Heat sufficient water in a pan and add rice in it. Allow the rice to be cooked on medium flame until they get smooth. Drain the water and preserve the rice apart for further usage. On a slicing board, chop tomatoes, cauliflower, carrots and celery. Keep them apart till needed again.

Step 2 / four
Take a deep-bottomed pan, preserve it on medium flame and warmth delicate oil in it. Once the oil is warm enough upload the chopped greens in the pan and stir fry for three minutes.

Step three / four
Now cautiously pour the vegetable broth inside the pan observed by salt and pepper. Combine all the elements and permit the aggregate to be cooked for a few minutes.

Finally add the cooked rice (see step-1) within the prepared mixture. Serve short.
